Victoria Beckham’s “favorite” £7 beauty product “hydrates dry skin like never before.”

Victoria Beckham has claimed this simple product as one of her favourite beauty buys for years

Fashion and beauty icon Victoria Beckham, beloved by millions of fans for her ‘chic’ style, has been known to let slip some of her top beauty secrets. The mum-of-four doesn’t keep all her favourites to the exclusive realm of expensive designer brands, revealing that one must-have item is actually a high street find.

Hello Magazine reports that the stylish star has long been a fan of a body butter from The Body Shop – making it more than accessible to her fans. Allegedly, Posh Spice cherishes the fruity mango-scented body butter, available at £7 for a modest 50ml tub.

But, those with different preferences have plenty of alternative options to explore – all for a similar price point. You can opt for a similar fruity fragrance like strawberry, satsuma or grapefruit or there are floral scents too like British rose.

This wallet-friendly find could be a game-changer for many beauty routines. The product promises to “nourish dry skin like never before”, positioning itself as a cure for anyone battling typical skin woes.

The label promises “softer, smoother and nourished” skin “with 96 hours of moisture”, reports the Mirror. The cream is designed to help skin feel “hydrated and plump” while giving you the aroma of “sweet, fresh scent” mangoes.

Victoria Beckham is reported to get her "silky smooth skin" using a £7 body butter

Many users vouch they’ve attained “silky smooth skin” following in the footsteps of the former Spice Girl. One said: “Love this product, wonderful scent and beautifully moisturising. A long-time favourite!”

Another added: “Since I’ve started using mango body butter I’ve seen a great improvement in my skin. My dry and itchy skin is now silky smooth.” A third wrote, “It smells amazing and really moisturises!”

Someone else wrote: “It smells gorgeous—it’s easy to put on and doesn’t sit on your skin for ages.” And, a fifth shopper praised the item, writing: “Great product that smells divine and is deeply moisturising. I’ve tried a few cheaper body butters but none are on par with Body Shop.”

The body butter comes in small or large pots and start from just £7

Amidst the praise, there were some less than impressed shoppers. One pointed out: “I used to absolutely love all of the body butters until this recent formula change. The scents are all different and nowhere near as nice.”

For bargain hunters, Boots offers an alternative with 250ml tubs of its own brand body butter in aromas such as coconut, mango, vanilla or shea priced at £4 each, usually £8. Savvy shoppers can even snag a bargain with the Extracts Body Butter Gift Set featuring all four full-size jars for a mere £10, discounted from £20.

If you fancy a different variety, Superdrug proffers its own branded body butter for £7.99 per 100ml pot, available in Cherry Blossom or Shea Butter fragrances. Although it’s pricier than the reduced Boots offerings, there is a special buy one get one free deal on all Superdrug Extracts products (valid from March 31 to April 22), allowing you to stock up quickly for less.
