The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Brockett has opened up about feeling lost after splitting from Love Island’s Jack Fincham yet again. The 24 year old TV personality, who started her on-off relationship with Jack, 34, back in 2019, shared on Instagram Stories that she’s been struggling since their breakup earlier this month.
In a candid update to her followers on Wednesday, Chloe revealed that the end of her romance with Jack has left her feeling unlike herself. Despite feeling down, she expressed her intention to connect more with her fans, overwhelmed by the support received.

She shared her feelings with her fans, saying: “I’m going to try and talk to you more on here because yesterday the amount of messages I got was crazy. But even in other aspects of my life I feel like I’ve completely lost myself. I used to be the most ambitious, driven person.”
She went on to discuss how she’s drifted away from her goals, noting: “I lived by manifestation and was constantly writing down things about what I want to do next and how I’m going to improve myself. Over the last year, I don’t know what happened, but it just felt like that motivation is gone.”
Highlighting her efforts to reclaim her spark, she explained: “I see glimmers of it and I have ideas and I just never run with it. I don’t know why, I just had this idea that if I maybe like sharing with you guys, the steps I’m taking to try and get back to myself, like, it’s day one,” reports the Mirror.
Opening up about her personal struggles, she shared: “So I don’t know what I’m going to try and do, but I just didn’t know if there is anyone else feeling like how I feel or feeling like they’ve completely lost themselves and if this will benefit anyone else. Because if it does, then let me know.”

With a positive tone, she added: “Maybe I could have a little community on here of women or whoever that are trying to get back to themselves and how we are doing it.
“For me it’s going to be waking up early because I never wake up early. I wake up early and do things I enjoy. I want to go to Pilates and do things that make me happy. And then also getting driven with my career again. My podcasts and stuff like that. Even if no one listens. Just bring it back.”
She continued: “I just want to be honest and open with you guys because it’s so easy to think everything’s perfect on social media and everyone’s life is great just because they have been in the public eye.”
Reflecting on her blessings, she said: “I’m so lucky in so many aspects of my life. I’m so lucky that I’ve got a beautiful home and beautiful car, but I have completely lost myself and I just want to get back to who I was and I want to share it with you guys. And maybe build a little community.”
Chloe has inspired her followers with a new “30 day challenge” to improve herself, sharing on social media: “I’m going to do a 30 day challenge of basically just doing things and trying to better myself. So I’m to get up at 6. I’m going to do it. I’m going to commit to the challenge.”
She encouraged her fans to rise early with her, saying: “Tomorrow, if anyone wants to get up at 6 with me, I’m getting messages from people, ‘I’m a new mum, I’ll already be up.’ I’m going to try and do an hours worth of Yoga or meditation or even just got to the gym, and I’m going to get up and try to do things for me.”
The TOWIE star urged others to join in and promised to share her progress: “I’m not ‘a guru’, but I want you guys to do it with me, whether you’re male or female.”
Touched by a fan’s commitment, Chloe shared their early morning alarm set-up, adding emotionally: “Now I’m crying… you guys are bloody amazing.”
Earlier this week, Jack confirmed that his romance with Chloe was over during a Q&A with fans. The star was asked if he was still dating the reality star and he confirmed the relationship was over.
He wrote via Instagram Stories on Tuesday: “No. It’s a single summer of boxing and working as hard as I can.”
