The Travelling Auctioneers is returning to BBC One for a third season and here is everything you need to know about the new series including the release date and how to watch
The Travelling Auctioneers season three is nearly here but when will it return and how can you tune in?
With the voice of Bargain Hunt’s own Christina Trevanion guiding us, the beloved BBC daytime show is set for its third instalment with some fresh faces joining the squad since its 2022 premiere. As anticipation builds, here’s the lowdown on all that awaits in The Travelling Auctioneers latest adventures.
When does The Travelling Auctioneers return?
Season three kicks off on Monday, January 6, at 4.30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, reports the Mirror. Get ready for a bumper series boasting 20 episodes, brimming with thrilling restorations to spark our curiosities.
Who are the new hosts?
While Christina Trevanion lends her charm as the narrator, she’ll be stepping back from the spotlight after her front-and-centre role in the first two seasons.
Hitting the road in their iconic blue van are restore pros JJ Chalmers and Robin Johnson, accompanied by auction maven Izzie Balmer. But there’s more – the team is expanding!
Joining our faves are newcomers James “JB” Broad and Briony “Bee” Harford in the auctioneering arena as well as restoration whizzes Lauren Wood and Saf Fakir.
Eagle-eyed viewers might recognise these restorative artists; Lauren clinched the win on Channel 4’s Handmade: Britains Best Woodworker 2022, and Saf shines on Quests The Woodland Workshop.
When does it air?
The third season of The Travelling Auctioneers is set to grace your screens every weekday at 4.30pm on BBC One.
This series will boast a total of 20 episodes, all of which will be available for catch-up on BBC iPlayer shortly after their initial broadcast on BBC One.
For those needing a refresher or new fans wanting to get up to speed, the first two seasons are also ready and waiting on BBC iPlayer.
