Stacey Solomon has issued a “thank you” message to her fans following a worrying family update. The Sort Your Life Out presenter was flooded with messages of support as she shared some sad news. She regularly keeps fans updated with her wholesome life in Pickle Cottage on Instagram.
Last week, the 35-year-old took to the social media platform as she revealed her pet dog, Teddy, was taken to the vets for emergency treatment. The Loose Women panelist said the family were praying as they were unsure if he will ever make a full recovery.
She shared a snap on Instagram, alongside the caption: “Our darling Teddy. Teddy became suddenly unwell on Thursday. It turns out he has a predisposed condition we had no idea about as he was a rescue.
“He has been operated on by incredible vets and the next 3-4 days are crucial for him to get through, even then, he might not ever fully recover.
“We are praying and hoping so hard that he pulls through & that we can care for him in the best way we possibly can to give him the best life he can have. We are all truly devastated.
“He is the sweetest, most protective, loving dog. He’s our family. And far too young to be going through this. We love you Ted. So so much. Pickle cottage is far too quiet without you. I miss my toilet buddy. Peanut is so sad without his best friend. “

Stacey updated fans with Teddy’s progress as she explained their family dog managed to make it through a major operation. Teddy is now at home and recovering from the surgery.
On Monday, Stacey shared a photograph of herself and Teddy onto her Instagram story. She wrote: “Goodnight everyone. Thank you for all of your lovely messages, to the moon and back, love from me and Ted.”
