Stacey Solomon has welcomed “new life” to Pickle Cottage. The TV personality welcomes fans into her family life and home by uploading videos to her Instagram account.
In her latest Instagram post, Stacey shared a “special” memory. The family, who have many animals living on their premises, caught the moment their chicks started to hatch. She captioned a clip of the moment “Our chicks have started to hatch, it’s like watching real life magic & I’m so glad we decided to do this. What a special day.
“Four chicks & counting. Come on babies. Happy Tuesday Everyone… I hope this brightens up your day. Thank you @sams_growingfood for helping us every single step of the way…”
Last year, Stacey and Joe Swash welcomed four ducks to their home, Daisy, Delilah, Daphne and Delphine. The couple and their family live in a Tudor-style mansion in Essex, called Pickle Cottage, which is surrounded by 2.5 acres of land and has an outdoor swimming pool.
The post has been liked by nearly 150,000 people and fans flooded the commen on the special announcement. Claire wrote: “I started this way ended up with 300 chickens on our land loved it. I couldn’t stop watching them.”
Clare commented: “My daughter just said “Can we go and see them?” If only hey? I’m looking forward to watching them grow.” Tracey added “This is just heaven absolutely beautiful.”

The Loose Women panellist recently revealed that she is in the process of creating what she calls a “tropical tunnel”. The 35-year-old filmed a time-lapse of herself and the children filling the plots and setting white stones to act as a walkway.
Once the preparations were completed at the weekend, she said: “So exciting and so satisfying. This is where the hot fruit and veg will live, peppers, melons, tomatoes and nectarines.”
Stacey and her husband Joe Swash recently gave viewers a new insight to their lives with a fly on the wall television series, Stacey and Joe.
The couple were first introduced while filming ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here in 2010, before starting a relationship in 2016. They later tied the knot in 2022.
Together they are raising five children, Zach, Leighton, Rex, Rose and Belle. The Loose Women host has 17-year-old Zachary and 12-year-old Leighton to previous partners.
Filmed during the summer and autumn of 2024, the programme shows the couple as they celebrate their second wedding anniversary, revealing how they met and fell in love. It also documents Zach waiting for his GCSE results and Stacey winning at the National Television Awards.
