Anne-Marie is pregnant with her second child and she’s now confirmed that she and husband Slowthai are set to welcome a son into the world, a brother for their two-year-old daughter Seven. The singer dropped by Capital Breakfast and spilled the beans about the gender of her baby, while chatting with Jordan North, Chris Stark, and Sian Welby.
Sian, who is mum to baby daughter Ruby, couldn’t contain her excitement and blurted out, “Can you tell us?,” to which Anne-Marie gleefully responded: “Yeah, it’s a boy!” The news brought cheers from Chris as Anne-Marie confessed she’s looking to complete her family with one more addition, announcing “then I’m done.”

She was even gifted a cute onesie inscribed with: “Mummy, I only listen to Capital Breakfast.”
The 34 year old singer also shared a pregnancy health update, revealing she has gestational diabetes and admitting that she’s set aside her vegetarianism due to intense cravings.
Anne-Marie has been vegetarian since 2018 but recently ate steak for the first time. “Yes, the other day I really wanted to eat a steak and I’ve never eaten steak in my whole life,” she shared, reports the Mirror.
She also revealed that she has to be careful with her diet during this pregnancy after developing gestational diabetes. She explained: “I’ve got gestational diabetes this time, though. So yeah, that’s annoying because I can’t eat cereal or bread.”

Back in February, the Rockabye singer excitedly announced her second pregnancy, a year after giving birth to her daughter Seven. Married to Slowthai since 2022, Anne-Marie delighted her fans with a video showing off her bump while lip-syncing to her track “Don’t Panic”. She cheekily wrote beside her post: “Surprise.”
In a video shared across various platforms, including X, former The Voice coach Anne-Marie is seen sporting a casual grey jersey and white joggers, standing on a staircase. She enthusiastically lip-syncs to her song, showcasing her dance moves. As the video concludes, Anne-Marie tenderly cradles her stomach, revealing what appears to be a baby bump, and playfully mimes: “Please don’t panic.”

Last year, following the birth of her daughter Seven, Anne-Marie embarked on a tour and candidly shared the challenges of balancing work and motherhood. In a heartfelt message to her fans in August, she confessed: “It is definitely the hardest thing working and being a mumma. I mean, it’s the hardest thing JUST being a mumma without the working part!”.
Anne-Marie also poked fun at how “so many people” make it seem effortless, saying: “But here we are, peas in a pod. We’re doing it.”
She then lovingly described her months-old daughter as “so beautiful, “so chunky” and “so perfect”.
