Emily MacDonagh has offered a candid glimpse into her family dynamics with husband Peter Andre as she honestly confesses ‘I don’t always get it right’.
The NHS medic, 35, exchanged vows with the Mysterious Girl crooner, 51, at Mamhead House and Castle, Devon, in July 2015. The pair are parents to one year old Arabella, 11 year old Amelia, and eight year old Theo. Meanwhile, Peter is also father to two additional children from his former highly-publicised romance with Katie Price, 20 year old Junior and 18 year old Princess.
During Tuesday’s (August 19) instalment of This Morning with presenters Craig Doyle and Sian Welby, Emily confessed that “it’s crazy” as she gears up to celebrate a decade of matrimony with Peter this year, reports the Daily Star.
Sian enquired: “How do you find the time with everything? You’ve got three young children, almost like a step parent as well and you’ve got your job with the NHS, you’re so busy”.
Discussing how she manages her hectic timetable as both a mum and stepmother to Peter’s offspring, she revealed: “I think it’s the same like all parents. I feel like I’m juggling all the time.”
The personality confessed: “I feel like I don’t always get it right a lot of the time. I try to be the best I can be at home, I try to be the best I can be in whatever work I’m doing.”
She continued: “But you never quite get it right. You just do your best don’t you. I feel like I’m constantly running around.”
Craig promptly shifted their focus to Emily and Peter’s marriage as he highlighted their special milestone and remarked: “Ten years married.”
Sian interjected: “Yes congratulations, I can’t believe it’s been ten years.”
Emily concurred as she added: “I can’t believe it either. It’s actually mad, it has just flown by so quickly. Our eldest daughter is starting secondary school in September. I can’t believe it, it’s just whizzed past so rapidly.”
This comes as Peter also offered a lovely glimpse into his family getaway to Cyprus as he marked his wife Emily’s birthday.
The vocalist shared a collection of selfies together, and alongside the snaps he penned: “Happy Birthday Emily. We love you beyond words.”
In another photograph, the pair strolled hand-in-hand with their children along the shoreline. Peter also posted the heartwarming image to his Instagram Story and titled the post ‘Cyprus.’
