Paddy McGuinness Says ‘Please Someone’ After Spotting Problem at Home

Paddy McGuinness shared the update on Instagram

Paddy McGuinness has hit out at “cowboy” tradesmen after he noticed a problem with his garden. The Bolton comedian regularly shares updates from his life on Instagram.

He has taken to the social media platform to ask for help as he spotted issues with his lawn. The 52-year-old claimed the artificial lawn had been brilliant for the past “year or two”. However, Paddy pointed how the green space has now been taken over by weeds which have crept through the surface.

He shared an insight into the garden as he filmed more than 20 separate weeds in his garden. The star also slammed various discoloured patches and hollow bits around the edge, as he said: “Job’s gone wrong.” – as reported by What’s The Jam.

The former Top Gear host claimed despite attempting to get in touch with the company on the phone and via email, he hasn’t heard back from anyone. The comedian labelled the workers “cowboys” in the rant he posted yesterday.

He said: “Had an artificial lawn put down about a year or two ago and I’ve got to say it’s been brilliant. Kids have loved it, no mud, no mess, everyone’s happy.

“But over the last four or five months I’ve noticed a lot of problems with it. I tried to get in touch with the company who supplied it and fitted it but emails – no reply, phone calls – no replies.

“F*cking cowboys, why’s everyone out to shaft you? Can no one just offer a service and it be right? Listen, if you’ve used a company who lay these kind of lawns and you’re happy with it, let me know.

“I don’t want to put it down again if it’s going to be screwed in another year or two and changing colour and weeds everywhere and dips in it and all that pony.

“Please someone, I don’t want it for nothing, do not want it for nothing, no tagging in, get in touch. I’ll pay you, do a fantastic job and be gone and let me know how to do the upkeep.”
