Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury ‘rekindling’ romance after split – with sign they’re still close

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury appeared to have the perfect relationship before they split last year – but now it looks as though they could be giving things another go

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury are reportedly “rekindling” their romance – five months after their surprising split. The pair, who first met on Love Island in 2019, were once dubbed the “It” couple, despite finishing as runners-up.

Molly-Mae, 25, and boxer Tommy, also 25, seemed to have it all, regularly sharing updates about their relationship with fans. Throughout their time together, they went from strength to strength, welcoming their daughter Bambi in January 2023 and getting engaged in July of the same year.

However, just over a year after Tommy proposed, their relationship took a turn for the worse, with social media sensation Molly-Mae announcing that they had parted ways, leaving their millions of followers in shock. Shortly after their split was made public, rumours began to circulate online suggesting that Tommy had been unfaithful to Molly. However, it was said that Tommy was left “distraught” by these “false allegations.”

Since their break up on August 14, the former couple have been co-parenting their daughter, but it seems that love may be in the air again behind the scenes, reports the Mirror.

Insiders have spoken to the Mirror about Molly-Mae and Tommy, revealing that the couple has been rekindling their love recently. They’ve been spending quality time together over Christmas with their little one, which seems to have reignited their spark.

A source said to the Mirror: “Friends of Molly and Tommy have been confused by Molly implying she’s a full-time single mum, as she and Tommy have been spending more time together and are rekindling their once almighty romance.”

Tommy even posted an adorable photo on Instagram with his daughter during a shopping trip at The Trafford Centre, which Molly-Mae liked, hinting at their closeness. Alongside the picture, the proud dad wrote: “This little one keeps me going every single day 2024… You were tough and taught me a lot. I’m more than ready to step into a new year and to continue working on myself.”

Meanwhile, Molly-Mae hinted on her YouTube channel that she spent the festive season with her family, including sister Zoe, calling it an “emotional rollercoaster” while snuggling a teddy bear in her vlog.

She expressed: “There is nothing that she wouldn’t do for me and Bambi and she’s really pulled through this Christmas. She’s always my support system and Zoe and Danny had so much to do tonight and I was like ‘I don’t really wanna be here alone tonight so can you just stay and get a Chinese with me’ and they were like ‘yep’, cancelled everything they were doing tonight. I have the best family and support system in the world and it’s times like this when you just really realise that I’m just so lucky. I have the most amazing people around me and this Christmas reminded me.”
