Maura Higgins ‘worried’ ex will reveal all about their love life on Love Island All-Stars

Maura Higgins is allegedly “worried” that her ex could spill all about their relationship during a stint on Love Island: All-Stars, which is set to hit our screens next month

Maura Higgins is reportedly “worried” that her ex Curtis Pritchard could reveal all about their relationship if he were to appear on the upcoming series of Love Island: All-Stars. According to reports, Curtis will feature in the second series of the dating show, which is due to hit our screens next month.

Having met on Love Island back in 2019, Maura and Curtis coupled up on the show after she entered as a bombshell and the pair ended up finishing in fourth place. However, things weren’t to be and they called time on their relationship after seven months together.

While Maura, 34, may have recently reappeared on our screens during her time in the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle, where she opened up about dating Pete Wicks, Love Island fans could reportedly soon see Curtis, 28, on their screens too.

“Curtis signing for All Stars is more than awkward for Maura just as she’s fallen for Pete and they’ve finally gone public with their love. Her break-up with Curtis wasn’t the best and Maura always worried he’d be the ex that could blab,” a source told The Sun.

“It’s also less than ideal when she’s hoping to build on her I’m A Celebrity profile and advance her career. Love Island bosses are in the process of confirming the Islanders who will launch January’s show. Curtis might not make that lineup, but he is in the cast of bombshells to land later in the series.”

OK! has contacted representatives for ITV, Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins for comment.

Earlier this year, Maura opened up about her time in the Love Island villa and discussed coupling up with Curtis. During an appearance on Paul C Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast, the TV personality explained that while the dancer wasn’t her “dream man”, she gave him a chance as nobody else was on her radar in the villa.

“When you’re locked in a house, I say locked, but you’re in a house, and you’re in there for X amount of time. You’re going to start liking people that you wouldn’t normally like,” she said.

“Not to be mean but you are, you’re in there. I’m pretty sure it would probably be the same on Big Brother. You’re locked in a house, you’re not seeing any other men. You’re going to be like ‘why not’.”

When asked about the comments, Curtis told The Sun : “I’ve no idea what’s she done. I don’t even know what Podcast you’re on about. I have no idea.”
