Lilly Gerrard shares baby Lila-Grey’s first holiday as she enjoys luxury flight

Lilly Gerrard shared the first-class flight snap to her Instagram story

Lilly Gerrard has jetted off on her first holiday with her baby Lila-Grey, as seen on her social media. The 21-year-old gave birth to her first child two months ago, and has been sharing her new role as a mum online.

She has kept in with the family tradition of using names beginning with “L”, as Steven and Alex Gerrard have daughters Lilly, Lexie, 19, Lourdes, 14, and a son named Lio, eight. Lilly and her partner Lee Byrne have been dating for more than two years, the two confirmed their relationship in 2022 with a series of pictures from time together in Ibiza, Spain.

She recently shared that it had been two months since she had given birth to Lila Grey.

In a post on Instagram, Lilly wrote “In love with you”. Lilly’s sister Lourdes also marked the special day. She wrote “two months of loving you” alongside a photo of her niece.

Now, the new mum has been enjoying a luxury flight, sharing an adorable snap to her Instagram story holding Lila-Grey captioned “Lila’s first holiday.”

In the second snap, Lila-Grey was seen resting peacefully on a large first class chair, turned into a snuggly bed with a blanket. Lilly Gerrard said: “Someone’s enjoyed her first flight [laughing emoji].”

Gerrard’s daughter grew up in Merseyside but has spent a lot of time away from the UK in the past couple of years due to her dad’s management commitments with Al-Ettifaq FC, a team he departed from in January. However, since the family returned to the UK, she spends most of her time in Liverpool.

Steven Gerrard has given his seal of approval to his daughter’s partner with a special message.

As Lee celebrated his birthday last month, the former midfielder said: “He said: “Happy birthday to my son in law.”

Gerrard was the first to comment after his daughter revealed her exciting baby news earlier this year as he said: “We can’t wait. Great news and congratulations we love you.”

He has embraced his new role as grandad and regularly shares photos of himself on “grandad duty”.

The 45-year-old was sent a congratulations message from the Reds after Lila was born, containing a gift for the baby.
