Jesy Nelson has shared an exciting relationship update this morning. The former Little Mix member has announced she is engaged to her partner Zion Foster.
She shared a series of photos to Instagram to show her new flashy ring off. The first photo showed the singer being kissed on the cheek by her boyfriend as she held her ring finger in the air. A second photo was of the ring on her finger with a stunning backdrop of a sunset and a sandy beach.
In a joint Instagram post on Friday September 26, they wrote: “Just got engaged to my best friend.” The engagement news comes four months after Jesy and Zion welcomed twin daughters Ocean and Story into the world.
Speaking about her birth in May, Jesy said: “So… Our beautiful baby girls decided to come at 31 weeks plus 5 days. It all happened so quickly.
“We are so blessed that they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong! We’ve never felt more in love. Everybody meet Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster. Born on 15.05.2025.”
The 33-year-old had emergency surgery in April after the babies developed twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome – a rare condition which could have been fatal for one, or both, twins.
After her operation, Jesy said: “We feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong.” Thankfully the twins progress had been positive throughout the remainder of the pregnancy.
The new parents have been together since November 2022 and, in May, Zion ran the London Marathon to raise money for the Twins Trust which offers support to families with twins.
Jesy recently admitted she felt “scared and overwhelmed” when her and Zion’s bundles of joy were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). shortly after their arrival.
In a post on Instagram, she wrote: “Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU. It’s the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions, not being able to feel like you can protect your babies.

“Naturally, as a mother, you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can’t because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them and tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them it breaks your heart into a million pieces.”
Jesy invited cameras to document her “high-risk pregnancy” to create a fly-on-the-wall series for Amazon Prime Video so she could tell her story in her “own words”.
In an Instagram post, the Boyz hitmaker wrote: “We have more exciting news to share … I feel so excited and proud that we can finally reveal we have been filming our own series for @primevideouk.”
Jesy joins other Little Mix members who are already mothers. In 2021, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock both gave birth to babies within a week of each other.
Perrie welcomed a son named Axel with her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Leigh-Anne welcomed twins with her husband Andre Gray.
