Celebrity Big Brother’s own Jack P Shepherd shared a chilling tale with his housemates about a terrifying crash he was involved in.
The Coronation Street fave recounted how he totalled his car in a freak accident while joining the M62.
Jack opened up around the kitchen table, saying: “I had a big car accident on M62. Yeah, just getting onto the slip road at M62, I f**king skidded, spinned, and went through a barrier, and I was hanging over a bridge for M62. The car was a f**king Italian job.”
His ITV co-stars were stunned as they listened in horror before sharing their own nail-biting road stories.
After being up for eviction on Tuesday – escaping the chop as Trisha Goddard was sent packing instead – Jack’s candid confession marks a deeper connection forming with his housemates.

Luckily, Jack walked away unscathed from the dicey drive and life’s looking up as it’s reported that he is bagging a cool £100,000 for his Celebrity Big Brother stint. An insider spilled that with a significant milestone ahead, the fee played a part in his decision to join.
After popping the question to Hanni Treweek during a dream getaway to Tanzania last year, the star-studded soap couple are believed to be walking down the aisle this July, ready to say ‘I do’.
In an exclusive heart-to-heart with the Mirror, Jack gushed about tying the knot: “The wedding is this year. We’re very excited. It’s all done. It’s all paid for. It should be a really good day actually. I love a wedding. Absolutely love a wedding. Weddings and funerals.”
Later on, he confessed to bucking wedding traditions by skipping the pre-wedding revelry: “No, I don’t like the idea of going on a stag do where someone just takes the p*** out of you all weekend and you’re the butt of every joke and you have to dress up like a f***ing baby.

“No, I’m not doing any of that. Han’s not having a hen party either. And I won’t miss it in the slightest.”
Yet, while his personal life may be heading for a change, his professional path remains steady as ever.
In a recent chat, Jack opened up about his commitment to Coronation Street: “I’ve just celebrated 25 years on Corrie and I don’t see myself going anywhere.
“I think it’s not unusual for one of these flagship shows, like Big Brother, the jungle, Dancing On Ice, to have a face from Corrie.”
