Vicky Pattison is one of the fifteen celebrities donning her dancing shoes tonight for the first live show of BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. The 37-year-old is partnered with professional dancer Kai Widdrington and together they will perform each week in the hopes of securing the 2025 glitterball trophy.

Vicky found fame when she joined the cast of Geordie Shore as part of the original line-up in 2011. The TV star, then aged 22, had recently returned to her native Newcastle after she lived in Liverpool, where she studied drama at John Moores University.

After her Geordie Shore rise to fame, Vicky was crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity in 2015, after she entered as a latecomer alongside Spencer Matthews and Ferne McCann. Since, she has been a regular star on our screens, presenting her own show Judge Geordie, as well as being a panellist on ITV’s Loose Women and more recently hosting Channel 4’s The Honesty Box.

She has also participated in numerous shows such as Celebrity Hunted, Celebrity Masterchef, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and more. Last year, Vicky tied the knot with husband Ercan Ramadan.

The pair made it official at Marylebone Town Hall back in August 2024 and then celebrated their union with a spectacular Italian ceremony, which became the focus of her E4 two-parter, Vicky Pattison: My Big Fat Geordie Wedding. But fans will know the newlyweds also hosted an at home wedding at their stunning property in Essex.

When they aren’t working on other projects, Vicky and Ercan offer a glimpse into their home life with their interior Instagram account. Their social media account, called Oaks House, has a whopping 294K followers and you can also see their two adorable dogs in many of the photos.

Inside their home, Vicky and Ercan have created a chic look, with neutral tones and monochrome colour schemes throughout the house. A standout of Oaks House is their large living room and kitchen.

Their kitchen has a grey, cream and black aesthetic, with leather stools surrounding their kitchen island. In the living space, a new addition is the beautiful black oak TV wall.

In front is a small, marble coffee table, surrounding by a comfy charcoal grey sofa, with big monochrome cushions. Moving into the hallway, the wooden staircase has a grey and cream runner in the centre, creating a simple but classic aesthetic.

The white banister is often decorated with a floral arrangement to match the season, while the walls are decorated with a number of black and white framed photos of the couple and their loved ones.

Upstairs, the master bedroom matches the colour scheme found throughout the house. The neutral tones are paired with a bold, black ribbed wooden panelling, similar to the black oak TV wall found downstairs.

The couple also have a stylish walk-in wardrobe, full of clothes and accessories. In front of the window is a small desk space and chic white chair, which could easily be used as a dressing table.

The size of the room is bigger than the photos give it credit for, as the walk-in wardrobe also has its own island. Heading outside, the couple have a beautiful firepit area.

Perfect for hosting family and guests, the firepit sits on a large, circular mat and is surrounded by lanterns and a gorgeous garden furniture set. Earlier in the summer, Vicky admitted they’ve been a bit quiet on the page, but have new ideas for their home later in the year.

The post reads: “Can’t believe we’ve been in our home over four years now. I don’t even recognise these two young love birds anymore.

“So much has changed!!! We’ve got engaged, then married, two has become four and we’ve turned our house into a home. Sorry I’m a bit quiet on the @oaks_house our home account atm… I honestly don’t know how people do it!

“Have time to work, raise kids, stay fit, have a social life, run various social media accounts etc AND constantly be doing bits to their home.. I take my hat off to these superheroes – but it just could never be me not to mention paying for the wedding has left me in financial ruin

“Towards the end of the year, we’d love to finally turn our garage into a cinema room finally with the help of our lovely @hesellicdesign! And eventually we’d love a little summer house and nice garden, especially now the boys are grown up and not naughty diggers anymore “But we’re in no rush.. we love our little life, and our home and family are my happy place even if it is messy and covered in dog hair. I don’t think I’d have it any other way to be honest.”
