Gordon Ramsay’s daughter announced her engagement to Olympic gold medallist Adam Peaty last year. Holly Ramsay and Adam often shares insights into their relationship together.
When Holly announced her engagement last September, she wrote on Instagram: “Thank you for letting the little girl inside of me feel loved, seen and happier than ever. I love you and I cannot wait to be your wife. Everything is better with you. Everything has been better since you. Here’s to forever.”
She completed the post with a Bible verse writing, “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13.”
Adam also posted about the engagement, calling his fiance a “gentle, caring and beautiful woman”. He said: “You have been with me when I’ve been at my lowest and helped me understand myself to navigate my own darkness. You have also celebrated the highs which have been so many, as for the first time in my life, I’m happy with the man I’ve become.”
The latest update from the couple comes from Holly who took to Instagram yesterday with a picture of the two. She captioned the post: “We can finally say the next wedding we go to will be ours. I can’t wait to be your wife.”
The couple first met in 2021 when Adam appeared on Strictly Come Dancing along with Holly’s younger sister Tilly. They did not make their relationship official until June 2023.
Adam spent time with the Ramsay family over Christmas last year. TV chef Gordon Ramsay posed for a Christmas Eve snap wearing matching pyjamas with his family.
The Hell’s Kitchen host captioned the post: “Merry Christmas, lots of love from our family, to yours G”. The photo showed the chef alongside his wife Tana, and children Tilly, Holly, Oscar and youngest Jesse. Holly’s fiancé Adam Peaty was in the family photo with his four-year-old son George.
The triple Olympic swimming champion was sporting an all black pyjama attire with an outlines of white Christmas trees, the outfit of choice for the whole family as they matched with each other.
Gordon Ramsay has recently spoken about his home life and having children with his wife. The chef already has six children with his wife Tana.
Gordon appeared on American chat show “Live with Kelly and Mark” earlier this year. Joking about the age difference between the children, with Matilda born in 2001 and Oscar in 2019, Kelly Ripa said: “So you took like a break in the middle, so you were like overwhelmed, and then, just when things calm down, you were like ‘Let’s do it again’.”
He blamed his wife, who he pointed out in the audience as he said she already “wants one more”. The camera showed his wife smiling in the audience as the Hell’s Kitchen star made the announcement.
The studio audience cheered as Gordon added “number seven” and host Mark said “lucky number seven”. Speaking about his home life further, the 58-year-old said: “We moved out of the house three years ago.”
