Gordon Ramsay, the famous chef, recently opened up about his family and hinted that he and his wife Tana might be expecting their seventh child. The couple already have six children together: their eldest daughter Megan (27), twins Holly and Jack (born in 1999), Matilda (born in 2001), and their youngest sons Oscar and Jesse James, born in 2019 and 2023 respectively.
During a recent appearance on the American talk show Live with Kelly and Mark, Gordon joked about the age gaps between his kids. When host Kelly Ripa commented on the break between Matilda and Oscar, Gordon pointed to his wife in the audience and revealed that she already “wants one more.” The studio audience cheered as he mentioned “number seven,” with the host calling it “lucky number seven.”
Gordon also shared some insights into their busy home life. After moving out three years ago to renovate their house for the younger children, they recently found that their four older kids had moved back in, making their home lively and crowded with eight family members.
The Ramsay family often shares glimpses of their life on social media, including a festive Christmas 2024 photo where Gordon, Tana, their children, and Holly’s fiancé Adam Peaty with his son posed in matching pajamas. Gordon captioned the post with warm holiday wishes.
In a 2023 interview, Gordon revealed how much his children have softened him emotionally, with Tana adding that he is surprisingly sensitive and even a crier at times.
