Gogglebox star Ellie Warner has given fans a glimpse into how she spent her time last month by sharing a new collection of personal photographs – and one detail, in particular, has sparked a unanimous reaction.
The popular reality star, who comes from Leeds, joined the hit series Gogglebox alongside her sister Izzi back in 2015. Despite their initial concerns viewers might not warm to them or be invested in them, the sisters quickly became fan favourites.
Ellie now boasts a following of 490K on Instagram, where she frequently shares sneak peeks into her life beyond the Channel 4 show.
In her latest Instagram update, Ellie posted a montage of memories from June, with a brief video showcasing her new thigh tattoo causing a stir.
The striking tattoo covers most of her upper thigh, and features what seems to be a black swan encircled by red roses.
Ellie simply captioned her Instagram update: “Random selection of things on my camera roll from the month of June”.
Fans didn’t hold back in the comments section, expressing their admiration. One follower said: “The thigh tat is epic Ellie!!”
Another said: “That tattoo is fab!” while a third added: “That tatts cool af [as f***]”. A fourth commented: “Tattoo is [‘okay’ hand emoji typically used to indicate perfection]”.
Another eagle-eyed fan noticed a different tattoo on Ellie’s lower leg and asked: “Is that an Elvis tattoo on your lower leg? I’m a superfan and can spot his silhouette a mile away”.

The show’s concept is straightforward – it features various groups of relatives and friends watching and reacting to the week’s television, all the while sharing their candid views.
Drawing inspiration from the classic British sitcom The Royle Family, Gogglebox quickly became a hit.
Originally narrated by Caroline Aherne, known for her work on The Royle Family, she lent her voice to the show until her death in 2016.
Craig Cash, Caroline’s co-star and co-writer on The Royle Family, stepped in as the narrator of Gogglebox after her passing, lending his distinctive northern accent to the beloved programme.
Gogglebox’s famed couch potatoes are said to make about £1,500 monthly per household, although this figure can fluctuate based on their tenure on the show.
They commit to two six-hour filming sessions each week.
