Gogglebox star Georgia Bell has shared a special family update as her son Ralphie celebrates his first birthday. The TV star is a favourite with viewers of the Channel 4 show after appearing on the show since season 12 when she joined best friend Abbie Lynn.
She shares Ralphie with her partner Josh Newby, the couple have been together since 2018. Georgia shared adorable images on November 13 last year as she announced the birth of her second child Ralphie James Newby. They also have three-year-old Hugh and dog named Vinnie.
To mark the occasion of her youngest son’s birthday, Georgia shared pictures to Instagram of Ralphie sitting in front of a green birthday cake with green balloons in the background, along with a blue helium “1” balloon. She captioned the post: “Happy 1st Birthday Ralphie.
“Our beautiful boy is ONE! Happiest birthday our cheeky little boy, you completed our little family, we love you so much, you fill our days with so many giggles.
“We did our own DIY Cake Smash this year in the living room so shoutout to my sister for being the best photographer and moi for a cake of course.”
Georgia shares a close bond with her friend Abbie Lynn when cameras stop rolling. She also posted a picture of Ralphie yesterday. Sharing a picture holding the baby in her arms.
Abbie wrote: “Happy first birthday Razzle Dazzle. You are the most special little boy ever, lots of love Auntie Abs”, she tagged Georgia in the post.
Abbie and Georgia, who appear on the Gogglebox sofa together, lead busy lives away from the show with Georgia working as a hairdresser. Abbie is employed as a credit control clerk.
Georgia was was proposed to by her partner Josh Newby last month. While on holiday together in Dubai, Josh popped the question while they were sailing on a boat.
Georgia was wearing a white dress and sunglasses and her partner had a black and white striped shirt on for the special moment. A video posted by the Channel 4 star showed the moment as it happened.
At the front of the boat, Josh took to one knee as Georgia covered her mouth in shock as she burst into tears, before saying yes and taking the ring. A photo of the couple holding hands and flashing the ring was uploaded alongside the video.
Abbie was quick to react to this news as well, she commented on the heartwarming post: “Ahhhh just beautiful massive congratulations to you both! So so happy, lots of love.”
