Gogglebox’s Pete Sandiford is on the fast track to becoming a millionaire, thanks to some savvy financial decisions off-screen. The 30-year-old, who has been a hit on the Channel 4 programme since 2017 alongside his younger sister Sophie, has been quietly amassing a small fortune behind the scenes.
The brother-sister duo are known for their hilarious banter and have become fixtures of the Channel 4 programme. While Pete’s television antics earn him around £1,500 per episode – shared with his sister, naturally – he has never solely depended on fame to support his lifestyle.
In fact, he still works as a roofer and builder, often dividing his time between filming and being up on rooftops in his hometown of Blackpool.
Pete co-manages a successful construction firm, TJ Joinery and Construction (NW) Ltd, which reported a neat profit of over £88,000 in its first set of accounts. But that’s just the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey.

He has recently launched two companies of his own: Corgi Media Ltd, which manages his earnings from the entertainment industry, and Corgi Real Estate – a property investment company, reports the Mirror.
His initial real estate ventures involved buying a house in Fleetwood and a flat in Thornton-Cleveleys, each reportedly worth £80,000.
Industry insiders suggest these investments, coupled with his building business and TV work, have significantly increased his net worth – and he is now well on his way to joining the millionaire club.
Pete Sandiford may be a regular on our TVs thanks to his hilarious commentary on Gogglebox, but he keeps it real. Despite his skyrocketing fame, Pete insists he’s down to earth, telling The Sun: “I’m just a builder from Blackpool. It’s a bit strange when people know who we are. I was on a roof yesterday.”
Since joining the Gogglebox family in season 10 with sister Sophie, Pete has enjoyed growing stardom. Behind the scenes, he’s a devoted husband to Paige Yeomans and a doting father to their two adorable tots.
Their little clan expanded with the arrival of Jimmy in late 2021, followed by the birth of baby Evie in June 2023.

Although he prefers to keep his home life out of the spotlight, Pete couldn’t help but share a snippet about the challenges of parenthood on the show.
During a candid sibling chat, he vented: “Paige has been doing my head in. You know [daughter] Eva’s birthday party? Have you rung about the hot pot? Have you rung about the hot pot? I was in a meeting at work the other day and she rung me four times. Guess what about?”
He added: “Honestly, I said, why are we not just having sandwiches? Do I look like I am Jeff Bezos?”
Meanwhile, Sophie has branched out from her Debenhams days and blossomed as a florist with her venture, Petali Floristry. Romance also blooms in her life, as she’s happily involved with Ben McKeown.
