Glastonbury fans nickname Olivia Rodrigo the ‘Scouse Prinny’ ahead of her headline performance.

The music extravaganza that is Glastonbury 2025 is coming to a close tonight, with Olivia Rodrigo set to be the final headliner. The singer will be taking to the Pyramid Stage at 9.45 pm until 11.15 pm.

The former Disney star is expected to sing the likes of Ballad of a Homeschooled Girl, Vampire, Drivers License and Traitor. Her set follows performances from Noah Kahan, Nile Rodgers and Chic and Rod Stewart who took this year’s legends slot. The American took to TikTok to keep her fans updated ahead of her Sunday, June 29 set. Posting to TikTok, Olivia recreated an iconic Scouse moment from Glastonbury 2023.

With rollers in her hair, Olivia posted her own version of the humorous viral misunderstanding where a Scouse woman attending the festival was asked by a BBC reporter about rollers.

The festivalgoer thought the reporter was referring to a broken festival trolley, leading to a funny exchange. The incident now gets reshared each year as Glastonbury comes around.

Taking to the comments of the TikTok, Callum said: “Olivia is a Scouse Prinny.” Sophia said: “The Scousers have finally been recognised.” Maltida said: “Okay Scouse Queen.”

Emily said: “Yes, so Scouse coded Liv”, Lilly added: “Scouse Prin confirmed.”

Prior to Olivia’s performance, Noah Kahan entertained the thousands in attendance. However, the Stick Season singer experienced a performance mishap just two songs in to his set.

Noah Kahan performs on the Pyramid stage during day five of Glastonbury festival 2025 at Worthy Farm, Pilton on June 29, 2025 in Glastonbury, England.

The 28-year-old opened with Retrograde before going into Everywhere Everything, both of which were warmly accepted by the thousands in attendance at the Worthy Farm festival. As the singer was introducing his third song, New Perspectives, his guitar stopped working.

While the technical issues were being fixed, Noah told the crowd: “I’m going to turn around to tie my shoelaces as I never learned how to do it properly and I don’t want to end up on TikTok.”

The blunder came directly after Noah was interacting with the crowd.

He asked a series of questions, one of which being “Who has been here all week?”. Responding in style, the crowd erupted and Noah joked: “I just know you lot smell like s***.”

Overcoming the guitar mishap, Noah brought out Icelandic singer-songwriter and musician Laufey for a rendition of his 2022 hit Call Your Mom.
