Coronation Street’s Sally Dynevor reunites with her co-star 19 years after leaving the soap.

Sally Dynevor, the beloved star from Coronation Street, is proving that friendships formed on set last a lifetime.

The actress, well known for her role as Sally Metcalfe, recently enjoyed a heart-warming reunion with her former castmates 19 years after waving goodbye to the cobbles.

The star attended Richard Fleeshman’s dazzling West End concert at the Savoy Theatre.

Richard, once known as Craig Harris on the renowned ITV soap, melted hearts of the nation from when he first stepped foot on the cobbles aged 12 in 2002 until he left in 2006.

Now, with his soap days a cherished memory, he’s serenading audiences with his soulful tunes and taking over the music scene.

Sally was spotted relishing in a glamorous evening alongside her daughter Hattie Dynevor, currently shining in BBC’s Waterloo Road, and Ryan Thomas, another fellow Corrie star, as they cheered on Richard during an unforgettable night graced by the mesmerising LP Swing Orchestra.

The actress captured the joy and shared it with her fans on Instagram, posting a delightful array of snapshots from their night out.

One charming picture shows Sally and Hattie poised next to a beaming Richard, appreciating the moment.

Another snapshot captures the electric atmosphere with a clip of Richard owning the stage, captioned: “Wow, what an incredible night with @rfleeshman,” reports Plymouth Live.

Sally didn’t stop there; in her final story slide, she shares another glimpse from the theatre’s wings, showing Hattie and Ryan clapping enthusiastically for Richard’s stunning performance.

Thanks to her role as Sally Metcalfe on the cobbles, Sally has become a household name. The 60-year-old has been a mainstay on the long-running soap since she joined in 1986.

In the popular soap opera, she played the wife of Kevin Webster, portrayed by Michael Le Vell, and is the mother of Sophie (Brooke Vincent) and Rosie (Helen Flanagan).

She bagged a British Soap Award for Best Comedy Performance in 2015. The following year, she scooped another British Soap Award for Best On-Screen partnership with Joe Duttine. In February 2022, she was honoured with an MBE for her outstanding contribution to drama.
