Jack P Shepherd has taken a cheeky swipe at his Celebrity Big Brother housemates just days after he was crowned winner.
The Coronation Street actor came out on top during Friday’s (April 25) live final after going up against the likes of RuPaul Drag Race UK’s Danny Beard, US sensation JoJo Siwa and Love Island legend Chris Hughes.
He appeared on Good Morning Britain on Monday (April 28) to discuss his victory and GMB showbiz editor Richard Arnold wondered if Jack had invited any of his former housemates to his upcoming wedding to fiancée Hanni Treweek.
Richard asked: “Anyone from the Big Brother house allowed?”
Jack replied: “No, I don’t think so. Come on. I’ve only known them three weeks. I’ve got a guest list a mile long.
“Chris keeps asking for an invite don’t he? I’m like ‘I don’t think you will pal’ before joking: “I haven’t even told him the date.”
Jack met his fiancée Hanni on the set of the ITV soap when she worked as a storyline writer and researcher.
The pair struck up a relationship in 2017 and January 2018, the pair made their relationship public with Jack telling OK! Magazine that Hanni is his “soulmate”.
During an appearance on Loose Women, Jack and Hanni discussed their future plans, including marriage and children, as Hanni said: “I think we fell quite quickly and from that we just clicked, and we were on the same page, and you do have those conversations but yeah I think we would like to… in the future.”
Jack popped the question during a safari holiday in Tanzania in June 2024.
His fiancé Hanni took to her Instagram page at the time to share the exciting announcement, writing: “05.06.24 I said YES to forever!!!” Five months later, in October, Jack and Hanni revealed that they had set a date for their special day.
