The Celebrity Big Brother house was abuzz with excitement on Friday as the celebs cracked the code of the latest secret challenge. It was all about embracing their inner feline as they wore cat costumes for the day’s task.
Ella Rae Wise wasn’t exactly thrilled with the new look but despite her reluctance, she was given the secret mission to be “catty” to her fellow housemates, a role she admitted would be tough since she’s not one to be mean.
The TOWIE star got down to business, though, prowling around the house to stir up some mischief. She took a swipe at Daley Thompson for his “mere” two medals and suggested Jack P Shephard’s character on Coronation Street should face the chop because he’s hardly ever seen doing anything.
She didn’t stop there as she she teased Chris Hughes about his Love Island journey and threw shade at Chesney Hawkes by pretending she didn’t recognize his chart-topping song.
But as Ella spread her catty comments under the guise of her secret task, some of the housemates started to sniff out the truth. Chesney speculated: “Do you think Ella’s on a task?” Danny Beard then responded: “Yeah she’s got to be catty, play along guys.”
Earlier, Ella had bluntly told Danny that she didn’t believe he deserved his Ru Paul’s Drag Race win, claiming there were better queens deserving of the crown.
In another part of the house, the challenges continued with a mysterious “look in the box” opportunity in the diary room. After Danny’s curiosity got the better of him, he decided to have a bit of fun with Donna, convincing her that she needed to crawl around on all fours.
She angrily warned: “If you are pulling my leg, you need to sleep with one eye open, I’m telling ya.” Danny eventually cracked and confessed his fib, reports the Mirror.
As the housemates geared up for the fourth eviction from the iconic Big Brother residence, it was announced on Thursday that sports legend Daley Thompson and EastEnders icon Patsy Palmer were up for the public vote.
Earlier in the week, television star Trisha Goddard said her goodbyes as the third evictee, following Mickey Rourke’s controversial departure and MP Michael Fabricant’s exit. Four of the housemates cast their votes against Daley during the third round of nominations.
Patsy, who also placed a nomination against him, found herself in the hot seat alongside Daley, with nominations coming from TV host Angellica Bell, Chris Hughes, and funny lady Donna Preston. Five of her fellow contestants voted for Patsy’s eviction.
Casting votes against her were Angellica and Chris, joined by RuPaul’s Drag Race UK champ Danny Beard, Dance Moms alum JoJo Siwa, and TOWIE’s own Ella Rae Wise.
In the meantime, former Love Island hunk Chris Hughes drew criticism from fans on Thursday over his budding friendship with reality sensation JoJo Siwa.
