Big Brother star Sarah Griffiths has shared her engagement joy as she showed off her diamond ring on Instagram after boyfriend Aled Morris popped the question during a countryside walk. The 27 year old account manager, who was evicted from the Big Brother house just shy of the finale, took fans along for the journey via social media.
She began teasing the life-changing moment earlier in a TikTok video, revealing Aled’s anniversary surprise brimming with activities, including a perfect opportunity for a proposal – a romantic dog stroll. Joking with her followers, Sarah exclaimed: “I think I might be getting engaged today, no joke” and pointed out Aled’s uncharacteristic planning spree: “It’s our three-year anniversary and Aled has booked loads of stuff, and he never does this”.
Clearly primed for the big moment to unfold amid their anniversary celebrations, Sarah candidly shared her prep tactics, admitting to applying “stick-on nails last night, just in case for photos”. Embracing what she dubbed “Dog-walking glam”, the reality star confidently crossed her “fingers crossed! “.
Sarah later confirmed the exciting news of her engagement on TikTok. The video shows Sarah’s proposal during a dog walk and her sharing the news with family, friends, and even showing off the “marital home” they are building together.

Before entering Big Brother last year, Sarah said: “I am posh totty hottie, grew up on a chicken farm, and I think being an egg would be quite a nice life, because you’re either getting smashed or getting laid.”
She said she saw Big Brother as a chance to “cut loose one last time before settling down”, revealing she had “a wonderful partner” and that they were planning to “going to settle down and have kids”.
