Coleen Nolan has shared a video on social media of her daughter’s baby shower. The Loose Women panellist announced back in July that she was going to be a nan again, for the fourth time.
It is set to be an exciting year for Coleen who has also revealed that her eldest son, Shane, is also expecting a child with his partner Kim. After Ciara announced her pregnancy, Coleen spoke about her future plans to build her own nursery in her home to make space for her grandchildren to come and stay.
Coleen has another son called Jake, as well as Shane and Ciara. Her eldest son Shane has a daughter named Amelia, who was born in 2016. Her other son, Jake, became a dad to a baby boy in November 2024.
On Instagram yesterday, August 27, Coleen wrote: “I am so excited to share a very special video with you – @ciarafensome baby shower.
“As you know I am OVER THE MOON to be a Nanny again and we celebrated in Mad Hatter Tea Party style with our nearest and dearest. My sisters were there and Ciara’s partner Max’s family joined us too which was wonderful.
“Ciara’s best pals did an amazing job setting everything up and it was such a lovely and wholesome do. Gorgeous memories made forever.”
Ciara also shared a message to her own social media account after the baby shower. She wrote: “The most beautiful day for my beautiful boy. He’s so loved already. So grateful for my friends and family.”
She added: “Here’s to our mum and dad era.” Fans of Coleen sent messages of support to the family, with one person saying “It’s a strange feeling when your baby girl has her own baby! It’s the most precious time for you all.”
A second replied “Your daughter is beautiful, she is the picture of you. Congratulations to all” a third added “Such a precious time for everyone and wish you health and happiness for the future.”
Last month, Coleen shared stunning photos as she celebrated her son’s wedding. Wearing a green and white dress, completed with a stunning green fascinator and bag she attended Jake’s wedding to wife Georgia.
Speaking about the special occasion, she said: “Hand on heart one of the best days of my life, watching my boy marry the love of his life, surrounded by all their family and closest friends.”
She added: “There really isn’t a way to express how you feel watching your baby boy walk down the aisle and marry the love of his life, and it was possibly one of the best days of my life, I am beaming with pride.”
In what has been a special couple of months for Coleen, she also celebrated a milestone of her own as she turned 60 in March. To mark the big birthday, fellow Loose Women co-stars Kaye Adams, Jane Moore and Judi Love sneaked her friends and three children into the studio
