Big Brother will return to screens next month for its third season, 25 years after it first aired on Channel 4. Although many relationships have blossomed throughout the years, only one couple are still together today. Mikey Dalton, 42, and Grace Adams-Short, 39 met on the show 19 years ago, and are still going strong to this day.
The couple took part in the seventh series of the popular reality programme alongside Nikki Grahame and Pete Bennett, reports The Mirror. They fell in love in the iconic house, and Scouser Mikey popped the question just four months after they bid farewell to their housemates.
Mikey and Grace tied the knot in 2009 and are now parents to four children. They welcomed their first child Georgina in 2012, and their first son Spencer three years later.

The couple are also parents to six year old Allegra, and son Atticus who they welcomed in 2022. The couple often speak about how they hope to show their children their series of Big Brother one day, so they can see where their parents met and fell in love.
During an interview with This Morning in 2023, Grace shared: “I didn’t have any idea that I was going to meet my life partner, my husband, absolutely not. We just thought it was going to be a fun summer. I was 20 years old, it was kind of like a gap year!”
Meanwhile, Mikey said he was “lovestruck” when he first laid eyes on his future wife,. He shared: “I was lusting after her, I still remember the outfit you wore going in and the boots and everything. I was lovestruck when I seen her!”

The most recent romance in the Big Brother house was in 2023, between Jordan Sangha and Henry Southan. Fans were rooting for the pair to get together in the house and were gutted when they revealed they had split earlier this year.
Taking to Instagram to release a statement, Henry wrote: “After a lot of thought, Jordan and I have decided to go our separate ways. It’s incredibly sad, and we’re both hurting, but we know it’s the right step.
“We’re so grateful for the love and support you’ve shown us – thank you.” Henry added: “Please give us some space as we figure things out privately.”
Jordan also shared his own statement as he sadly wrote: “An unfortunate announcement. After many times, memories, and precious experience, Henry and I have parted ways. I want to thank everyone who has supported us. We will always remain close friends. Cheers x.”
Earlier this year, fans watched as Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa formed a strong bond on the celebrity edition of the reality show. Shortly after leaving the Big Brother House, JoJo revealed she had split with her partner Kath Ebbs, and it wasn’t long before she and Chris became public with their romance.
JoJo and Chris made it to the final alongside Danny Beard, Chesney Hawkes, Jack P. Shepherd and Donna Preston. But it was Coronation Street’s Jack (David Platt) who took home the crown. He won over the hearts of many fans as he sailed through the show drama-free, compared with Chris and JoJo’s turbulent journey.
