Myleene Klass has shared the heartbreaking moment she caught her ex-husband, Graham Quinn, cheating on her with a well-known celeb during her own birthday bash.
The 47 year old former Hear’Say singer, who is also a regular Loose Women panellist, alleged she made the shocking discovery at her birthday celebration, when she walked in on Graham and the unnamed star in a rather cosy situation. “I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony,” Myleene said on the We Need To Talk podcast. “I’ve made peace with that situation now but for a long time it was very difficult to see their life… Not that I would wish that on a family.”
She continued: “I don’t know, I feel conflicted. But my life literally just broke apart very, very publicly. And their life, they’ve managed to continue building a family brand on it and it felt so difficult for a long time. This is the person I caught him with.”
The incident took place in her home, reports the Mirror. “It was in my house, it was my party. They weren’t having sex but they were unzipping each other. ‘It’s not what you think,’ but it is what I think. It’s the first thing they both said.”
Myleene revealed she reacted by clearing her home of all guests, including members of Graham’s family. “I kicked everybody out of the party including his mum and dad,” she revealed. “They went back to Ireland. And his dad said, ‘He doesn’t get it from me.’ I was like, OK, I just remember that being quite a weird thing to say.”
Although Graham later apologised to Myleene, she said that he blamed alcohol for what happened and for his ‘unusual’ actions. “He said it was the drink. I have to take some accountability, first and foremost to my children,” Myleene reflected during her podcast appearance.
The ex-pop star then delved into how she has protected her children from the full story behind her split with Graham, while others have been less discreet.
“My children have asked enough questions and it’s never been a case of laying out my stall now, it’s got to be as and when,” Myleene confided.
“But here’s the funny thing, school mums, people who just want to gossip, will go to your children before anybody else. They’ll tell them facts. But they’ve been raised by me and only me.”
Myleene and Graham’s romance began in her Hear’Say days, leading to marriage in 2011 after their daughters Ava, now 18, and Hero Harper, 14, were born. However, the marriage lasted just six months before he abruptly left and their divorce was finalised in 2013.
Myleene is now engaged to her fiancé Simon Motson, who she met four and a half years after her divorce. Myleen and Simon share a son named Apollo, born in 2019.
