Trent Alexander-Arnold’s brother showed his support to his sibling after a crucial moment in Liverpool’s season. Alexander-Arnold scored the winning goal in Liverpool’s last match against Leicester on Sunday.

His strike in the 76th minute sparked jubilant celebrations by the West Derby-born right back, who returned to the side for the first time since picking up an injury in February.

Liverpool will be confirmed as Premier League champions if second place Arsenal lose to Crystal Palace tomorrow or the reds beat Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Alexander-Arnold’s contract expires at the end of the season and it has been speculated that he is set for a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid. In an interview after the game, he reiterated that he would not be commenting on his contract situation.

His brother Marcell often shows his support for his brother on his Instagram page, where he has 29,000 followers. In a post on his story after the game, he shared a picture from the club of Alexander-Arnold celebrating his goal.

In the caption Marcell praised Trent for delivering the winning goal from the subs bench, saying: “Who else?” Alexander-Arnold’s other brother, Tyler, is his agent and a director at the PLG football agency. The firm represents the current Liverpool right-back as well as left-back Andy Robertson and former captain Jordan Henderson.

Alexander-Arnold has previously praised his two siblings for putting aside their own ambitions to ensure Alexander-Arnold had everything he had to make it at the highest level.

He said: “As I got a bit older, and I moved up through the Liverpool academy, Tyler and Marcell willingly sacrificed their own dreams for mine. I think maybe we all realised at a young age that being a professional footballer was more realistic for me. And my parents did, too.

“That’s a hard thing for a young lad to understand. There were weekends when mum couldn’t take my brothers to their matches because I had to be at the academy at a certain time — and it was always them who made the sacrifice. To this day I’m so incredibly grateful to both of them.”

Alexander-Arnold participated in an advertising campaign last year alongside Marcell and his young daughter, Aura. In Marcell’s Instagram post recapping 2024, Alexander-Arnold was seen smiling with both of them in promotional pictures.

Marcell also shared a photo of himself with Aura at Anfield during a Liverpool game. In the caption, he wrote: “The marathon continues.” Many comments from Liverpool supporters encouraged Marcell to persuade his brother to remain on Merseyside.

Last year, there were rumours that Alexander-Arnold was dating model and actor Iris Law, daughter of actor Jude Law. The couple was spotted walking together in Notting Hill, London, and participated in a modelling shoot for GUESS JEANS.

Iris was also seen in the stands for several of England’s Euro games, some of which featured Alexander-Arnold. She shared a picture of herself with a friend ahead of the final against Spain, wearing a Three Lions-themed t-shirt.

However, after their split last year, Alexander-Arnold began dating Estelle Behnke, a model and influencer with 55,000 followers on Instagram. The couple has been spotted together on several occasions over the past few months.

They travelled to Venice last month to celebrate New Year away from Merseyside and dined at the lavish Italian restaurant Regina Corner during their trip. The restaurant’s Instagram account shared a picture of the pair and expressed their gratitude for their visit.
