Amy Tapper, 25, who was a star on Gogglebox until 2018 has revealed she has now lost six stone.
The TV star has been keeping fans updated with her weight loss journey on social media and her most recent post revealed she’d hit a milestone.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, Amy could be seen stepping on scales before jumping up and down at the result.
She captioned the clip: “Wow wow wow 6 stone down!! I cannot believe it – I am so proud of myself… I promise I will share more of my journey soon there’s just so much to say I’m figuring out my best way to do it.
“Here’s to the next stone and more @tashelite.fitness you are not only my personal trainer but truly a friend and more like a therapist – I couldn’t do any of this without you and your ongoing support, thank you for everything.”
Fans were quick to celebrate with Amy as one penned: “Absolutely incredible! Beyond proud of you,” as another added: “Amazing. Well done. Keep up the hard work.”
Someone else wrote: “Well done Amy and @tashelite.fitness what a great team you are together. Keep up the good work girls!” while another continued: “Absolutely amazing well done.”
Amy’s update comes just two months after she shared she was “officially five stone down and couldn’t be happier”.
Sharing a photo from the start of her weight loss alongside her progress, she penned: “Never thought I’d be able to reach this milestone so I think I can say I’m proud of myself.”
Amy previously revealed she decided to lose weight after she was trolled on social media by Gogglebox viewers.
“My dad and I would both get nasty comments about our weight and I’d also get people criticising my voice for being too loud,” she told the Daily Mail.
“It was quite upsetting. There were people on Twitter calling us ‘the fat family from Gogglebox’ but my mum and my brother have never had any problems with their weight.”
