Tess Daly and Vernon Kay have delighted fans by sharing snaps from a restaurant during a recent date night.
The pair, who have been married since 2003 and have two children together, seemed to be taking a trip down memory lane. The venue they visited made them reminisce on the earlier days of their love story.
Posting on Instagram, Vernon shared a snapshot of the smiling couple cozying up during a dinner date. He said: “One of our first ever dates was @nobulondonportman it’s good to go back and enjoy the food again especially the BlackCod!! What a treat. @tessdaly…Time off work to unwind and enjoy.”
The post also showcased pictures of the scrumptious food they tucked into. Actress Anna Friel responded with a comment, saying: “You both look radiant. Cos you are.”
Fans were also quick to wade in – and one couldn’t resist making a joke about how beautiful Tess looks. They asked Vernon: “Do you ever look at Tess on a regular basis and think God I’m punching here lol.”
He didn’t hesitate with his response, replying “every morning!!!” alongside a crying laughing emoji. But fans were quick to come to his defence following the comment. @chris.ansary said: “They are equally as gorgeous and talented.”
@donnamcox76 added: “No cause Vernon is just as good looking as Tess. They are a lovely couple.” While @joannedavis459 said: “They both seem to be getting younger looking in every photo!”
Meanwhile, Tess took to her own social platforms to share several pictures, including one where Vernon can be seen unwinding in the garden with one of their adorable dogs during the recent warm weather.
Captioning a glowing selfie snapped in their home gym, Tess excitedly told her fans: “Feeling more alive in this beautiful sunshine. Now gearing up to shoot our next @naia_beach collection in a few weeks.”
