The Gerrard family have spent a lot of time away from the UK in the last couple of years, with snaps often taken in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, the location of Al-Ettifaq FC which her dad managed until January of this year. Lilly returned to Merseyside this week. She went to Formby, where she grew up, for a pilates class.
Lilly has been preparing for motherhood and has shared a number of insights with followers. After the pregnancy announcement she posted a picture of two mugs with ‘papa’ and ‘mama’ written on them. Two laughing emojis were used to caption the photo.
Other accessories the mum-to-be has received includes two pouches. One of the items had ‘baby’ written on and the other with ‘mama’. In response to the gifts, Lilly wrote: “Thank you @patchandpouch these are gorgeous.”
The Gerrard family have recently faced a major change, in January the former Liverpool captain left his role as manager of Al-Ettifaq by mutual consent after 18-months in charge. He joined the Saudi Arabian club in July 2023. Gerrard’s children have spent a lot of time between the middle-East and the UK.
