Ellie Leach has shared a new look which has surprised fans. The former Strictly Come Dancing winner regularly shares updates to her social media pages and has a following of nearly 500,000 people.
In her latest social media update, Ellie posed as she revealed a new, shorter haircut. She captioned the post “whoops” as friends and fans rushed to the comments to share their thoughts on the new appearance. Former Coronation Street star and real-life cousin, Brooke Vincent left three love heart emojis. Professional Strictly dancer Dianne Buswell wrote “obsessed” and Corrie’s Abi Webster wrote “LOVE” with heart emojis.
One fan commented “Wow you look fantastic” and a second added “Absolutely insane!!. One of the most naturally prettiest girls I’ve ever seen.” Further messages of support were “Wow gorgeous sweetheart” and “Wow love this look on you.”
The former Coronation Street Faye Windass star has had an incredible couple of years since leaving the Cobbles. She won Strictly in 2023 paired with professional dancer Vito Coppola. After impressing the nation with their footwork and their friendship, they headed into the Strictly final as odds-on favourites before lifting the Glitterball Trophy on the much-loved dance competition.
They have remained friends ever since, when competing on the show, the professional dancer and actress promised each other they would get matching tattoos if they got to the final. They stayed true to their promise and on January 31 2024, they showcased their new tattoos together. The design is of a bee with an aubergine body, which relates to an inside joke they share.
Ellie only got the bee inked onto her arm but Vito also got the word ‘Resilience’ tattooed on his arm. On Instagram, Ellie shared a picture to her story of their tattoos and captioned it: “One whole year with our gorgeous baby bees” alongside a bee emoji. Fellow Strictly partner Vito, reposted the image and added “Oh baby. It’s one year already… time flies.”
