Inside Vicky Pattison’s life off-screen: health battles and love life.

As Vicky Pattison’s new documentary airs, the reality star has been open about her life off screen, from her battle with PMDD to her lavish wedding to Ercan Ramadan

Vicky Pattison is set to grace our screens tonight in her new Channel 4 documentary, Vicky Pattison: My Deepfake Sex Tape. In a bold move, the Geordie lass leaked her own deepfake sex tape, a decision she has recently defended.

This comes nearly 14 years after Vicky first shot to fame in the Geordie Shore house back in 2011. She was an original member of the hit MTV series, before bidding it farewell in 2014. From there, Vicky’s TV career skyrocketed, especially after her triumphant win on I’m A Celebrity in 2015. This victory led to numerous TV gigs, including a six-month stint on the Loose Women panel.

Fans have watched Vicky navigate the highs and lows of her love life, culminating in her tying the knot with Ercan Ramadan last year in a lavish ceremony. Most notably, she was previously engaged to fellow Geordie Shore star Ricci Guarnaccio.

The pair got together in 2012, during the second series of the show, and Ricci quickly proposed during a holiday to Mexico. However, their relationship crumbled a year later, with Ricci asking for his engagement ring back and exiting the show, reports the Mirror.

It wasn’t until six years later that Vicky found her true love, and now husband, Ercan Ramadan. The couple started dating in 2019 and three years later, Vicky announced that Ercan had proposed during a trip to Dubai.

“I choose you and I’ll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat… It’ll always be you. To our forever @ercan_ram,” she gushed on Instagram.

Last August, the lovebirds said their vows in a beautiful ceremony at London’s iconic Marylebone Town Hall, surrounded by 150 of their nearest and dearest. This was just the beginning of their wedding celebrations, as they jetted off to Italy for an extravagant second ceremony a month later.

The Italian festivities took place at the stunning Castle Elvira, located in the beachside region of Puglia. A week after their big day, the former Geordie Shore star gushed on Instagram: “I have honestly never felt happiness like it – the most special day of our lives.”

Fans got a front-row seat to both ceremonies thanks to her two-part E4 series, Vicky Pattison: My Big Fat Geordie Wedding.

But it’s not all been rosy for Vicky, who has bravely opened up about her struggles with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), a condition that causes physical and emotional symptoms before a menstrual period. Speaking on Good Morning Britain last month, she shared: “My experiences when I went to discuss my symptoms were horrendous. For years, for five years I was dismissed, I was made to feel ashamed… for the majority of the time it was men.Opening up further on social media, Vicky revealed that the condition had “

She further revealed on social media how the condition had “affected my relationships, work and quality of life.”

“At times, it made me feel like I was going insane- I just do not recognise myself for 2weeks of the month and ever so gradually- that time frame is becoming longer- and sometimes, when I’m proper in the midst of this and totally consumed by my own dark thoughts I convince myself that I’m never going to get better.. that these feelings and thoughts aren’t temporary. That this is who I am now. And that terrifies me.”
