Reality TV star Helen Briggs, best known for her stint on Ex On The Beach, has just dropped some major news – she’s pregnant with baby number four. Helen took to social media to share the joyous update with a video captioned: “Baby number 4. June 2025.” The clip was a heartwarming montage of her past pregnancies, gender reveals, adorable moments with her children and partner Chet Johnson, and a glimpse at her growing bump. She also included the sweet message: “Our wish came true, a summer baby finally.”
Helen, already a mum of three with Chet, went through a rough patch early in 2023 when they split amid accusations of infidelity, which Chet refuted. Towards the end of the year, fans speculated about a possible reconciliation, and Helen confirmed the rumours during an Instagram Q&A.
She explained: “So this question gets asked a lot so I would only like to address this once. Chet and I are back together. We went through hell and back this summer over an allegation which didn’t turn out to be true. I jumped the gun and put a statement without even reading between the lines,” reports the Mirror.
“Chet always denied the allegation and later down the line cleared his name,” she said. “Putting a statement out there was a hasty decision on my behalf, because the evidence I had was nil and void and led to me accusing Chet of something he actually didn’t do. I don’t know why I let these trolls get to me and try and ruin my relationship. Chet and I are working hard to get back on track for the sake of us as a couple and our family, and this is the last time I will speak on this matter.”
The reality stars, who rekindled their romance after meeting again on Ex On The Beach in 2016, have since built a beautiful family with Ocean, Elvis, and little Peach joining the crew. In a candid share, Helen spoke about her birthing saga; Ocean made her grand entrance following a 22-hour labour back in November 2019, with Elvis celebrating his arrival in December 2020. Recounting her most recent journey to motherhood, Helen reflected on the challenging C-section birth of their youngest, Peach, in December 2022.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Helen opened up: “Just wanted to give you all a little update on why we’ve been so quiet on here. A week before I was due to give birth I was struck down with this cold/cough that everyone has been getting.”
She provided the lowdown on the family’s health scare, adding, “Thankfully I got better just in time for me to have the baby but Chet and the kids got it a lot worse than me. So they have all been bedridden with this illness. I had to take my mum with me to the birth of our daughter due to Chet being so unwell at the time.”
She continued, sharing: “Then she had to shoot straight back to help Chet with Ocean and Elvis, it’s been a really tough week. But me Chet and the kids are on the mend, the baby is here perfect and healthy. I’m back home now and recovering really well my C-section was amazing and couldn’t have gone any better! ” Wrapping up her update with a touch of festive joy, she said: “We have the perfect gift just in time for Christmas. Thank you all for the kind and sweet messages.”
