Loose Women star Frankie Bridge has delighted fans by sharing a series of throwback snaps with her husband Wayne from when they were kids and at the start of their romance
Frankie Bridge has shared a series of throwback photos, including rare snaps with her footballer husband Wayne from when they were younger. It comes after the Saturdays star, 35, found a family photo album where she ‘uncovered gems’ while taking down the Christmas decorations.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, 4 January, Frankie shared highlights from the photo album as she took various photos of the different pages that showed herself and Wayne when they were kids. Other photos also showed the couple during the early stages of their relationship when Frankie boasted a short chic hairstyle. Frankie added the touching caption to the Instagram post: “Taking down the Christmas decs and doing a mass sort out… uncovered these gems.” She added: “Sorry but how cute is @waynebridge03?! I used to make these photo albums all the time when the kids were younger. Need to get back into it, nothing beats them.”
One sweet photo showed Frankie and Wayne, who appeared to be on holiday, with their arms wrapped around each other. Wayne boasted a white shirt, while Frankie wore a blue strap and white lined dress.
A second photo of the couple, who have been together since 2011, saw them in the same outfits but this time holding a glass of bubbly each. Wayne can be seen giving Frankie a sweet kiss on the head while she beams in delight.
Taking it back even further with the throwbacks, Frankie shared some adorable photos from when they were both kids. One showed the Saturdays star dressed in what appeared to be Disney Princess, Jasmine’s outfit from the original 90s movie Aladdin, playing the piano with a lollypop in her mouth.
Other rare snaps showed Wayne as a young boy as he displayed a wide smile to the camera while wearing a blue sports top. Highlighting his love of football, photos also saw a young Wayne on the pitch while wearing an England kit before his career as a footballer kicked off.
Fans were delighted to see the throwback snaps of the couple as one commented: “These are so cute, love them. You need to bring back the fringe one day too.” A second said: “Awww you never change Frankie, still so young and beautiful xx.”
Others were left urging the popstar to bring back her short chic hairstyle as one penned: “Wish you’d cut your hair again! Used to love it short.” A second added: “The pixie needs to make a come back.”
A third agree and wrote: “I love u with short hair x,” as another also said: “Loved your pixie crop! Not going to lie, I might have asked my hairdresser for this style.”
