Brittany Mahomes gets real about skin struggles during ‘hardest’ pregnancy yet

Brittany Mahomes is coming clean about her skin struggles ahead of baby No. 3.

The star, who announced that she’s pregnant earlier this month, shared a filter- and makeup-free selfie via Instagram Stories on Tuesday, writing that her “skin [is] losing its mind.”

Patrick Mahomes’ wife added, “This pregnancy has been the hardest on me. Sickness, exhaustion and now skin.”

Brittany noted that she “got an amazing facial this morning in hopes to help.”

The 28-year-old wore a pink top and a black hoodie and kept her hair pulled back in the fresh-faced selfie.

Shortly after her pregnancy announcement, the fitness trainer showed off a fresh haircut, stating that her hair keeps getting shorter with every child and discussing her postpartum hairloss.

Prior to her pregnancy, Brittany gave her followers an acne “reality check,” sharing that she was dealing with perioral dermatitis and chronicling her skincare journey.

She posed without makeup in March, writing, “Actually really struggling with my skin right now trying to figure out why it’s just breaking out all around my mouth like I’m allergic to something.”

Patrick’s high school sweetheart concluded by asking for breakout “tips.”

Her latest confession came nearly two weeks after she and Patrick, also 28, shared their pregnancy news with the help of daughter Sterling, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Mahomes, 1.

“Round three, here we come 🤍,” the couple captioned a joint Instagram video earlier this month.

In the footage, Brittany showed her baby bump in a white dress as she and Patrick watched their little ones play with ultrasound pictures.

The duo became parents in February 2021 when Brittany gave birth to Sterling.

The toddler was the flower girl at the pair’s March 2022 wedding in Hawaii, with Bronze arriving eight months after the nuptials.

Brittany and Patrick used a tic-tac-toe game to reveal that Sterling and Bronze have a baby sister on the way.

Instagram users predicted that the infant will be named “Goldie” or “Rose Gold.”
Brittany and Patrick, notably, have two dogs named Steel and Silver.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback made it clear last week that he is “done” having children.

The athlete called fatherhood “awesome,” adding, “I always wanted to have kids young. We’re having our third kid now to join our family, and Brittany does a great job of doing that, and we still go out and enjoy our life and let our kids see these great things.”
