In a recent online interview, Irwin shared, “We are still looking for the American girl.”
Robert Irwin revealed the qualities he’s seeking in a partner, emphasizing the importance of kindness. “I think more than anything else, just genuine kindness. That’s so important,” he said. “You need to surround yourself with people who are genuinely kind.
My life is a whirlwind it’s an adventure and I would love to share that with someone, to share those little moments.”
He added that he believes the right person is out there for him. “I have a lot of great role models in the love department and people I look up to who are couple goals.
I want to find that too, but it’s something you can’t rush. It just has to happen, and you’ve got to be open to it. I know she’s out there, and I look forward to it.”
Fans quickly flooded the comments, many suggesting that Irwin should be the next Bachelor.
This week, Robert Irwin addressed whether he would be interested in becoming the next Bachelor.
“Hey, all I can say is… stranger things have happened. Who knows,” he said when asked about the possibility.
His Dancing With the Stars partner, Witney Carson, quickly chimed in, telling him he should focus on dancing rather than romance.
Her comment seemed to have the opposite effect, with Irwin joking, “Oh, my gosh. We’ll see. Maybe, you know… I want to do it even more now! Now I want to do it, now that I know you don’t want me to do it.”
