Royals like Kate Middleton, Princess Beatrice, and Queen Camilla seem to thrive in the winter dressing department. With enviable jackets, boots, and accessories, we’re used to seeing them, alongside Meghan Markle when she’s not stateside, deliver cold-weather outfits we’d love for our own wardrobes.
But it’s now just the grown-up members of the monarchy that always look well-put together, their kids are also following in their fashionable footsteps. Here, we’re taking a trip down memory lane to find the best-dressed Royal children moments from the likes of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Archie and Lilibet.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte
Princess Charlotte and Prince George stepped out earlier this month for the ‘Together At Christmas’ Carol Service at Westminster Abbey, and we could hardly believe how grown up they looked. Charlotte matched her mum perfectly in a bold red longline jacket, while George took style notes from his dad and added a pop of festive colour to his look with a red tie.
Baby Archie
At the end of 2019, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared a video on Instagram looking back at memories from their year together. The video finished with this beautiful photo of Harry and his son Archie, now five. We know Archie is in safe hands when it comes to style if his mum and dad are anything to go by.
Princess Charlotte
Kate dressed Charlottein this adorable coat on Christmas Day in 2019. Kate ensured her adorable daughter matched her classic look, pairing the green hues in her accessories with Charlotte’s coat. As we’ve seen, this isn’t the first time Kate has twinned with her mini-me.
Prince George
Who says you can’t accessorise with sweets? Prince George was seen clutching onto a candy cane as the Cambridges left St Mark’s Church on Christmas Day in 2017. The young prince was dressed in a smart, tailored grey jacket for the occasion, complete with high socks.

Back in 2016, before welcoming their third child Louis, Prince William and Kate Middleton took George and Charlotte on a skiing holiday to the French Alps. We’re big fans of George and Charlotte’s mini ski suits and festive knitted hats in this family snap.

In December 2020, the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children attended a special pantomime performance at London’s Palladium Theatre in the cutest attire.
